This problem may be caused by incorrectly-set audio options or your microphone may not be turned on.
To set your audio options, first open and login to iCall.
Then, select File > Settings and select the "Audio" tab. The three drop-down boxes represent the drivers that iCall will use to communicate with your computer's sound card.
Select the appropriate sound driver from each drop-down box. For most instances, the "Microsoft Sound Mapper" can be used.
If you have an off-brand or odd sound card, however, you must select the proper sound driver.
If you are still experiencing problems, open the iCall setup wizard by selecting File->Run Wizard and following the easy instructions listed there.
