Q: Why don't I have the option to transfer a call to my iCall account from my cell number?

A: you can only transfer calls back to iCall that originated from iCall. ie: you can only transfer a call to iCall if the caller called your iCall number, and while iCall was closed, iCall forwarded the caller to your cell number. iCall will only forward a missed call to your cell number if you have iCall voice mail disabled AND you have entered your cell number as your forwarding number in you iCall settings.
