When you first load the iCall for the Web Flash dialer you will be prompted to allow the Flash Applet to access your microphone. If you do not have a microphone or if your computer does not have a built in microphone, you will need to buy one. To give iCall permission to use your Microphone, click the "Allow" button when prompted. If you click "Deny" you will not be able to make phone calls and must reload the web page in order to be prompted again.
Giving Flash permission to access microphone

If you experience problems with the current microphone settings, you can access the Adobe Flash "Settings" menu by right clicking (windows/linux) (control-click for mac) and choosing "Settings" from the menu that appears.

Once you have selected "Settings", click the picture of the microphone on the tab that appears:

From this menu you can alter the input volume of your microphone (if it is too quiet or loud) and you can change the input device that Flash uses as your microphone.
